In order to get your package, please follow the steps below:

  • You should receive a text message, an automated phone call, or an email when your shipment is ready for pickup. You can pick up your package at any time during regular business hours after that. The hours of operation differ from one location to the next.
  • Before returning your item to the shipper, Fedex will hold it for up to 10 days for Fedex Ground and five days for Fedex Express.
  • If you directed your package to be held for pickup, go to the location you selected. If you’re not sure which location you chose, call Customer Service.

Your package can be picked up by anyone who lives at the same address as you. They'll need the tracking number as well as a government-issued photo ID that shows they live at the same address as the package's address.
